Executive Search is the process by which the most qualified executives are identified and attracted to fill existing vacancies in the managements of organizations.
 
Our process consists of the following steps:
 

1. Appraisal – To confirm that the organization does indeed need to go outside to fill a vacancy
2. Analysis, Planning Feedback – Information is gathered to understand what sort of individual would best fit the requirement. Includes a detailed position description.
3. Execution – An original methodology is developed to identify the largest possible pool of qualified candidates is developed. Includes extensive research.
4. Evaluation – Interviews are conducted including testing with a cross section of qualified candidates followed by reference checks and the development and presentation of a “short list”.
5. Conclusion – Interviews are scheduled with the client who makes his/her decision based on the information assembled and personal impressions. Assistance is provided in the negotiation and acceptance of a formal offer.
6. Transition – The successful candidate is provided with resignation counseling as well as assistance in joining and settling into the organization.
